Nannies
Families wishing to employ their nanny directly, we'll carefully walk alongside you in finding the right caregiver - someone who feels like an extension of your family. You'll handle payroll and taxes, and we'll ensure the match is rooted in trust and care. This option has a one-time placement fee of $350
For families who would rather have us carry the details, this option allows you to simply enjoy the peace of knowing you nanny is fully taken care of. We handle all payroll and taxes, so your focus can remain where it belongs, on your family. There's no placement fee- just an hourly rate billed weekly
Sitters
Sometimes families just need a little extra help-and that's where our babysitters come in. Whether it's on occasion or on a recurring basis, we provide trusted caregivers who can step in and support your family when needed.
Our babysitting service is designed for families who need typically need care less than 20 hours per week. We'll do our best to match you with a babysitter who understands your family's rhythms and values, so it feels like the same familiar face each time.
Services are simply invoiced at the end of the week for any care provided, keeping things easy and flexible.
