Hi, I'm Marcella - the heart behind Iva Nannies. ​
First and foremost, I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. My deepest desire is that everything I do, including this agency, reflects His love and care. Stewarding the precious gift of children is not just a reasonability to me - it's a calling.

I'm also a proud mother to a sweet little girl, ​
Beyond motherhood, I have spent many years as a caregiver, which has given me a deep appreciation for the patience, compassion, and faithfulness it takes to serve people well. ​​
Professionally, I offer over 10 years of business experience, with a strong background in Human Resources and Operations. Over the years, I've been responsibile for full-cycle recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, compliance with local, state, and federal laws, employee and caregiver relations, scheduling, onboarding, and more. My academic foundation is rooted in a degree from an AACSB-accredited university, where I gained the tools to blend sound business practices with a people-centered approach.

Iva Nannies was born out of my own journey as a mother, recognizing the deep need for like-minded, faith-driven care. I know firsthand the struggle of finding help that is both trustworthy and affordable- care that not only meets practical needs but also aligns with the values we hold dear. The truth is, we all need a helping hand from time to time, and my heart is to make sure thatn hand is one you can trust.
